Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chennai Premium Drop Taxi. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Process

  • A booking confirmation (ID No.) will be sent via email and SMS. This ID is mandatory to avail of the services.
  • The start and end distance in Kms will be calculated from your pickup location.
  • The vehicle booked is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, an equivalent vehicle will be provided.

2. Charges and Fees

  • Basic fare does not include parking charges, toll charges, state taxes, and entry fees, which must be paid by the customer.
  • Waiting charges apply for delays exceeding 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional charges apply for extra Kms consumed or unaccounted stops made during the journey.

3. Luggage Policy

The following table indicates the permitted luggage limit for various vehicle types:

*Excess luggage charges are at the discretion of the driver.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Bookings can be cancelled without any fee before the vehicle departs for pickup.
  • A one-time cancellation fee of Rs. 300 is applicable if the taxi has already arrived at the customer's location.
  • Amendments to bookings must be requested at least 10 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

5. Payment Terms

  • Currently, we only accept cash payments to be paid directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.
  • Discounts are applicable only on the basic fare and not on extra charges like tolls or taxes.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

  • Chennai Premium Drop Taxi is a booking facilitator and is not liable for delays caused by traffic or reasons beyond the driver's control.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered while availing of the services.
  • Any dispute between the passenger and the driver must be reported to our support team for resolution.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
